The Joy of Country Cooking - Hong Kong Heritage Museum |
The pun choi, or basin feast, is often served out in the open in country villages during religious rituals, festivals and other special occasions. With an assortment of food props and model cooking utensils at hand, our little chefs will "cook up" a sumptuous pun choi feast and get a glimpse into both our age-old food culture and the co-operative clansman spirit. |
