The Old Ping Shan Police Station was completed in 1900. Main building of this Police Station is a two-storey structure with an embracing arched verandah. In 1950s, its original pitched roof of Chinese tiles was changed to the present roof with observation posts. Thanks to the villagers generous support, this century-old Police Station is converted into the Ping Shan Tang Clan Gallery cum Heritage Trail Visitors Centre and opened for public enjoyment since 2007. Participants will learn about its historical and built merits by making paper models. | |
